We dropped off a couple of hours after the store closed. It was pitch dark--no lighting at all. Also, it's below grade and was really difficult to see and find its driveway.
joseph cBetter maintenance of the trucks - the “check engine” light was on and the roof leaked - boxes of books and other items got wet.
CAROL MAgain, it took forever for the app to go through the motions. We had to drop Off at night & in the pouring rain to get it back sooner so we would not have to pay more. We had to pay extra for gas cause it was parked at a slant. Then we had to take pictures of the truck in the pouring rain while the app kept us returning to to the mileage etc The whole system Sucks & we will neverrrr use U-Haul again, never!!!
