We were to pick up the van at 9 am and the only employee finally showed up at 9:50 am. This location barely answers their phone and often gives inaccurate information. This location is the closest to me but after this last time I will be finding a different location to rent from.

Becky BThe app/website kept taking me to start a new truck when I tried to pick up the truck via UShare. That would be the only downfall I had once it stopped doing that it was fine. I would give it 4.5 stars. Just cause it took 30 minutes for the app/website to fix.
