The gentleman who helped me rent the truck was awful. And I mean awful. Wasn't trying to help with what size truck nor ones with ramps price difference NOTHING!! Can't remember his exact name, eli maybe something with a E. However, if I ever needed to rent another u. Haul, and he was in the office. I would walk out and go to a totally different location or a totally different rental place. Now the gentleman that helped me. When I returned the truck, Jake or Jack, he was amazing, very friendly, extremely polite, did everything with me. Step by step with him i would recommend the world to u, haul with a customer service representative. Like that, gentleman.
