Terrible customer experience. Had my location changed on me last second and there was no truck after a week of having a reservation. Was then told there were no trucks available close to me except to drive an extra 2 hours and way past planned time to get a truck. It then cost more for me to get the new truck that was further away and more gas money as well. Overall 1/10 experience and no accommodation for changing my contract without telling me. Super disrespectful and waste of time.

Norma OI was to get one month storage free and then pay $125 a month there after. The billing I received was for $165 and now disputing that.
