Sorry, but I’ve had much better service in other locations. This is just a parking lot managed by a mobile-based attendant who blamed me for difficulties that I had checking in on U-haul’s already screwy website/app. In that at the other locations, attendants prefer to do it for you because of the screwy website.

Samantha KThe guy Richard was extremely rude and the whole place smelled like he just got done smoking a joint. He was clearly impaired. I haven’t come across someone that provided that bad of customer experience in a long time.
Jesse HIt went well just wish it was a little quicker process when I picked up uhaul. Had the kids with me and just wanted to get our moving done so that was the only thing I wish pick up went faster .
