The person at the express location 800 block of bush river rd did not know how to complete the process to give me a truck. I had to call on line and the female did it over the phone. She was amazing. Kevin called the day before and said everything was in place.However, it was not. Finally after the process was completed, the express employee spoke with Kevin and was told to take the key back from me. The female uhaul employee tried to speak with the express and he refused. He came at me in a threatening manner. I asked him several times to step back but he refused. A male customer came to my assistance . I will never use u haul again and I am filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs. I hired movers and I was late because of this and had to leave some of my furniture in Columbia

The customer service rep was quite unprofessional. I also felt like it was not secure and inappropriate for my husband's drivers license picture and information to be taken on the rep's personal cell phone. I would suggest that a company cell phone provided for that purpose.

There was a lot of miscommunication about my rental. I was told several different things about when to return my rental...one person told me to return it at 11pm the next day which I went on...someone called me to extended it saying since it's not rented we can just extend it...nobody ever told me they would charge me another day...when I disputed it the lady said she would call me back...she never called me back...I just received a email on there "corrections" nobody explained NOTHING...BUT NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS HIGH BILL... RIDICULOUS!!!

Your computers need to be updated for drop off service they were sending me far from where I live to drop off I had to call to drop off on jamil road 5 minutes from my house

Need to be like enterprise and verify while customer is there that fuel is full and that nothing is wrong with the truck. Have better customer service. They didn't care that it didn't make sense that I could not have used half a tank by driving only 40 miles. Everything was about a contract. Calling corporate. It's not about the money it's about the principal and I can't stand a company that cant take ownership for their error. I have rented from Uhaul multiple times and never had a problem until this past rental. I gave below average instead of poor because Tarsha did credit $64 back but Zakee Robert's (president of SC uhaul) was so stuck on contract that he couldn't think logically.

The exhaust or idle was a little loud on my truck - especially in the cab. It was clean and obviously well maintained since it had nearly 160k miles on it. That is the only thing you should look at. Both of your employees I met were delightful!

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. It was very early, she was very polite and informative. We have used many uhauls, and this location was by far the easiest.

Both agents were truly excellent. I believe the AM agent was Christa and she was efficient but also friendly and courteous. So image the shock when lightening struck twice, the PM clerk whose name I didn't get was also extremely nice. That just doesn't happen anymore. Excellent customer service with these two fine ladies.

The clerk checking out the truck should look at the gas gauge with the customer making sure that the customer reads the same fuel level. The clerk should not rely on the computer record of the fuel levels. Clerk was courteous.
