The location where I picked up the uhaul was good. I'm more upset that uhaul scheduled my rental a half hour from my house. So after driving a half hour to get the truck and a half hour to drop off the truck I was charged for my mileage. I just as easily could have rented a uhaul closer to my hoo

Extremely helpful if I ever need another truck I would definitely return to Middleton Ace Hardware . I had NO HELP from 10+ other dealers who did not "have time" to help us out. Our truck broke down and we traveled 40 minutes to find THE BEST Dealer and Thank you very much for their efforts

Everything with my move went smoothly. The only part of the move that did not go well was the fact that the truck was not large enough for my belongings. The 10-foot truck was supposed to move a small apartment or efficiency and I did not have half of the items that were added to the list of what this truck would carry. I had to have a separate trailer to carry my stove, refrigerator loveseat, and glider. A 15-foot truck would of been the correct size for the small amount of items I had to move.

49 minutes to complete paperwork, apparently for a software issue and a long time on hold for help is unacceptable. Your system needs to allow for some latitude to properly service customers. In addition, when I turned the car carrier in, the contract ID and the trailer did not match. The delay in solving the issue placed a burden on another business in the area and embarrassed me. I believe the service people did the best they could trying to work around a software flaw.
