Keep it as a location with customer service and not a drop boxpick up location. WAS VERY CUMBERSOME!!!

1. If equipment was not ready I should have been informed the day before so I could have cancelled my movers. 2. If the key was not meant to be taken there should have been a lock on the Dropbox. 3. When the customer does pick up the phone answering employee should have been able to record the pick up and document the checking over the phone - taking down DL info, Milage, etc. do that the drop off could also be done remotely.
