Vehicle should not be on the road, extreme pull to the right feeling like a flat tire, plus had trouble shifting out of first gear when driving

Morgan JFrank was quick and helpful. He keeps a very nice place. This has nothing to do with the pickup site but with U-Haul. Vehicles need routine maintenance checks. Ours had essentially no suspension and was out of alignment. There was not way for me to know this until we actually loaded the truck and hit a few bumps on the road. The drive was absolutely miserable as a result.
