The 15 ft truck I rented was missing a wheel on the sliding back door. The missing wheel cause the door to get stuck at times. Other than that, this was an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional and the service and price was amazing. I am definitely coming back for my next move.
Zack RNothing they were on the spot very friendly when we went to return it I’ve had to put a little gas in it. The guy already came out. Check the vehicle wrote the mileage direct me where to park it because I still needed to unload a few things out of the van super nice and very on the spot. I will always use this location.

Jalen BThe staff, particularly the man who usually sits on the left side, is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. If you’re considering this location, think twice. The staff is terrible and needs to be replaced with better ones who can meet our needs and answer our questions politely and constructively.

JENNIFER Bpassenger side mirror was lose and we were constantly having to adjust, whilst driving 70 mph usually. Also the check engine light was on the whole time we had the truck. Althought thankfully we did not have any problems with the engine, which I was always checking the indicator light for all systems. Other wise, it was a great experience.

Anthony AThe service was fine but the truck was well worn. Transmission sounded like it was hanging on by a thread. I didn’t have to go far but it road quite rough when full. Ultimately it was a fine experience but this is my 3-4th time using uhaul and have had great experience with their gear in the past.

ANDREA SExtremely rude staff. Acted inconvenienced by me. Bed of truck had standing water in it. Driver side door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. Alignment was so bad the steering wheel had to be turned in the 9 o’clock position to keep straight.

Jill AI was given a very dirty truck with a significant crack in the windshield on the driver's side and a driver's side window that wouldn't roll up (it was January and freezing). I was told that no other trucks of my size were available at the location. Since I'd already paid, I had to go through UHaul's roadside assistance to be assigned another rental (which I had to drive to another location to get). This was a bad experience overall, I would not recommend this location.

Eddynson GThe customer service experience wasn't great. The man at the counter was not helpful and seemed generally uninterested in making the sale.
John LDriver's door did not close/seal, there was a visible gap. I don't expect a rental truck to be immaculate but the dash and cupholder area was visibly coated with dirt.
