How U-Haul Reviews WorkI ordered a few dolly but I did not get it with the truck . They said they don’t have it. I had to scramble around to get hold of a dolly without which I cannot do the move. These are basic stuff that are mandatory and u haul should fix it
Daniel VFix the UI. The app run horribly and is confusing if you have to close the screen for any reason. The picture upload didn’t even work and I had to call customer service.
MATTHEW HSigan así, muy agradecido
Christian SI returned this U-Haul at 1:30 PM. The person who served me didn’t really care and just took the keys for me. Didn’t acknowledge anything or check the car. This took place at 1:30 PM. When I looked on the app, I see that my return was at 3:38 PM. I have now been charged $100 more than what I was supposed to. There are two transactions in my account and should only be one. I am certainly displeased and now my account has been taken money out of and should’ve never had.
