While I thoroughly had a great experience at this Columbus location, I believe uhaul itself needs some changes. I had a trailer scheduled for a Saturday out of a different location and found out on Friday that not only did uhaul switch my location to 50 miles away, they also changed my date to Friday from Saturday. This is extremely frustrating when trying to move and having other arrangements made and already having had a reservation. I had to pay more money to drop it back off at the original location I had scheduled it at. I called and made a complaint and was told that a manager would call me within 24 hours. This did not happen. Columbus was a great experience for me, but as for uhaul, disappointing.
