Not for uhaul. First of all out in middle no where and they kinda snotty. It's a car shop not uhaul place shoot they weren't going to go over the mileage and stuff with me and check it out

The computer issues and took along time to pickup, after drop I received calls from Milwaukee 2 business days asked if I was going to return it ( which I did with in the 24hr rental time)

When someone makes a reservation that is repeatedly confirmed the company should stand by that and not then tell customers that it is actually just a request and not have items available. Then say request not reservation, check the definition of the word. People make arrangements based on the confirmation, not expecting to have to scramble the day before and have to change plans around your shady company. I will never use this company again and have made a point of telling everyone I know never to use your services either. That's when I found many other people that had the same miserable experience with your company

Give the customer what they reserved on line and not send them to a location that had no customer service. The Madison Atlas Drive location was the absolute worse customer service I have ever had

It took a half an hour to complete paperwork. The lady was very nice and said it was a new system. I'm not sure if it is supposed to take that long. Then there was no help but when I went and asked for help she did find someone to make sure I had it hooked up correct.

Lady was very nice! 45min wait for the Truck. P C was slow, not able to print contracted out.

Trailer was filthy and had to be swept out due to all of the debris. Requested a dolly in order but had to go to a second U-haul location to get it. And last but not least, the lights did not all work on the trailer putting the customer (me) in danger of an accident or a ticket from the police. As an organization as big as U-haul, I expected much better!!!!!!!

Be sure to quote the correct number of miles that your online reservation states and when the customer questions this, do not state that the computer is always wrong. There is a lot of stress and cost involved with moving and there should not be any added to that by a misquote of miles when you pick up your truck.
