For the second time, I was charged a cleaning fee when I brought in a clean vehicle. The first time I returned the truck in the exact same condition as I got it. The next time I decided to test them so I cleaned the interior before returning it. Swept the back and even used a leaf blower to get the dust. I was still charged a cleaning fee.
