Todd FNo one there- it was also a Dropbox location. I prefer an actual person to be present but in fairness we dropped off around noon time on a Saturday. Definitely not inviting with just a couple of trailers there. It wasn't dirty or messy just sparse and no attendant to check in the truck.
DEBORAH RIt was confusing to find correct lock box. The app gave a code for lockbox 2. there were two lock boxes on front of building with one having a number 2 on it. The pass code that had been given didnt work. It wasnt until we called the number for uhaul were we told the lock box we were supposed to open was on the back of the truck.
