Rusty, as he calls himself is a piece of work. If you can pull him away from his cigarettes long enough to help you he will gladly show you his inventory of “just been serviced” trailers with rotted sidewall tires that explode mid-trip. Rusty is also willing to give you false advice during insurance upsells on your Uhaul trailer and then disrespectfully accuse you of wasting his time while you call your insurance company to verify existing coverage. Customers should AVOID this Uhaul location at all costs and Uhaul should reconsider its choice to allow this location to represent the Uhaul brand.
