Awful customer service. I was overcharged for 2 days instead of 1 and the rep didnt seem happy to fix the mistake. I was also told there was half a tank of gas at the beginning of my rental, which I discovered was false, there was only 1/8. The rep was once again not happy to fix the mistake.

No problems with this location as such as I parked and dropped the keys in the Key drop box, however, Rust Check Centre was never my drop off location. My drop off location was York Auto Collision Inc. and I have a confirmation Email from Uhaul as well for this drop off location, however, Uhaul's app conveniently changed the location without my ever changing it and I had yo deal with the hassle of driving to a different location. The app just won't allow me to drop at my original drop off location.
Mohit GTerrible online check-in experience. I will never ever select online check-in on your app. If you can't handle this, then you didnt have to offer this. Why did you ask me to scan the "location barcode"?? There was no such a thing. 😡 I was lucky one of the staff was still there and he helped me kindly with pickup. He said we don't have "barcode" in here!!
JAMAL JLocation and parking are convenient. Gas tank wasn’t full and I didn’t have enough to start. Had to get gas before I began.
JOHN TEverything was good but I observed vehicle was mecnically had some issues & even sometimes I feel risky & dengerous while driving.
