I would never recommend this location. Its literally in the middle of the ghetto. The representative at this gas station does not speak or commicate English well and told me the truck was not there to wait 5 minutes. Ended up waiting a entire hour and still no truck. I called uhaul traffic and they said the truck was already on site. I had to go in and tell them to give me the keys. The Indian employee there lied or misunderstood what was happening and made me wait in the heat for a truck that was there the whole time. I had my new born in the car and people walking up asking me for money and for cigarettes and one chick threatened to beat my ass because I said I dont got anything for her. Like what a seriously trash experience. Not to mention the truck I rented was tagged with some kind of paint that wasnt ever fully taken off. Anyways this location gets a negative star from me.

SHAQUITA PFirst, the location of my original pickup was changed. Second, I have never picked up a U HAUL from a gas station location. Third, when I arrived at 8880 N Broadway to pick up the truck, I was informed that their system was down and I could not get the truck. He informed me that their system had been down for the last two hours. I informed him that I had people fly in from out of town to help move me and I needed that truck right then because I was on a time schedule. The owner then decided to check their system and said it was back up. I was able to rent the truck at that time. Note: This was a very stressful situation for me. I never want to rent a U HAUL from a weed smelling, congested gas station ever again.
