I called the 800 number because I couldn’t find a Porter location close to me. The lady that answered that 800 number went above and beyond to call locations to see if anybody was open. Then she text me an address as well as an after hour app in case I didn’t make it in time to drop it off. The location that I was sent to on 1314 a storage house had a clerk that was working till 5 PM. He made it his business to come and greet me, tell me to go inside why he looked at the car and got me checked out. The whole experience was phenomenal.

was set up to return at this location, no drop box for keys, link for self return didn't work, no answer when trying to call
Kenneth KAttendant just gave the keys and said truck was over there. Left rear wheel indicator was on and tire was low but no one to fill. Process of picking up was easy and quick thou.
RALPH JI was able to drop off the truck where I am storing my items. This was very convenient. The young man here was polite and the process was quick and easy. Also recommend this storage facility!
