I first got there and they didn’t have the reservation for me telling me it’s not their fault somebody didn’t return the truck. So they tried to make me get a one way but I was gonna be charged for the extra miles taking to to a different location . Horrible experience

Angela MIs there a way to leave the air conditioner vents from cycling between sending air to the floor board and to the passengers? It cycled on me a few times and I thought the AC went out. Otherwise, it blows cold air. Also, the equipment stored in the back was in the way and slowed the loaders down.
