The issue was not with Heltons. They are amazing. The issue was the last person that rented the trailer did not make anyone aware that when loaded, the trailer will shake your teeth. 50mph and up to 65mph. I made aware the drop point and they are taking care of the issues.

Although the sign and online said they would be open, no one was there. We needed assistance getting the hitch off so I called the number. The man who answered said no one would be in that day. I told him we “needed assistance” and he said he could not help us. Didn’t even try to be verbally helpful, ask questions or offer suggestions. The uhaul app was very helpful.
MARK DIf blankets are requested, with NO contact to inform otherwise and only one available is totally unacceptable!
KEJUWON JWhen we got there the truck they put us in had just been returned. The worker did not check the mileage or anything on the truck. I drove around 15 miles as expected and now they are charging me for over 100 miles because they did not check the mileage when the truck came back from the previous customer. I wrote on the contract how many miles were actually on the truck and they are still wanting to charge me over 200 for going 15 miles.
LAURA SHelton's great, I put no on "were the personnel helpful" because it was after hours. Your website is a cumbersome, to say the least. Took forever to return it online. Never has been the best for making reservations.
