Find the check in procedures a bit awkward. App did not fully work. Cabin not clean. App would not accept " not clean"

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNorma was wonderful! Thank you.
Zachary LThey overcharged me and when I called to speak about the charge - I was told a manager would call me back.
TANAM CI arrived back with the van with no phone and no haul app and the service person helped me out, greatly appreciated!
David HDrove 56 KM less than estimated and was charged $89.04 more than initial rental agreement even though it was returned with the same fuel qualntity. Van was not clean, dog hair on seats, dirty cup holders and floor. The parking brake release was bent, left interior side panel detached needed windshield washer fluid and had underinflated tires. Took me an hour before I could start driving.
