I physically went to this location as the website for U-Haul was not working for 2 days. The guys here were great. In and out and very professional.

Your smartphone pick-up and return can be a very frustrating experience. I had to key my information in half a dozen times. Until someone called me and talked me through it. The truck worked very well.
GLENN MI originally reserved the truck to be picked up in Emmaus, PA The day before pickup, I had to go 10 miles out of the way to pick the truck up in Coopersburg, PA at 9:00 am instead of 8:00 am according to the original reservation. This may seem to be a minor inconvenience to U-Haul however between a later pickup time and having to go a further distance to get the truck, I lost at over 2 hours of winter time daylight to load and travel. Also, the truck had no windshield wiper fluid or it didn't work. The windshield wipers were in very poor condition. I had to stop twice to clean the windshield manually.

DAVID FSuper easy, only thing remotely a problem is they're on 309 in Coopersburg. Kinda tricky getting in and out with a truck. You can just go down to the Giant and turn around though.
