I used after hours drop off, so can't comment on much of the above. But getting charged $40 for dropping a key in a box is total B.S.

Improve the conditions of the equipment. The truck we rented was poorly maintained. It was very unsafe and unsanitary we had to return the truck in the middle of our move while still having our property inside because the truck was leaking gas all over the highway and steering wheel was not functioning properly. On the upside Staff were very polite and helpful.
