RICHARD MI was charged significant late fees when the online rental experience only allowed me to select 24 hours. I hit traffic coming back from my destination and did not have my charger to call the establishment. I have rented Uhauls many times and never was charged so much so I will never use that location again. I picked up on a Sunday using the mobile app so no one was there to advise on the 24 hour limit, when I brought that up on the return of the truck, I was told to contact Uhaul and they could possibly fix that for me, yet I was clearly charged anyway
GINA RBeing blamed for a light I never broke. There hardware rivets did not hold light properly.
