Gentleman who greeted us was not pleasant. There was a woman in the office that seemed great. He shouldn’t be greeting customers.

Mobile check-in did not go smoothly as we experienced extreme difficulty accessing the key from the lock box. I had to contact U-Haul customer support and the agent had to provide very detailed, complex instructions to properly open the lock box as the written instructions were insufficient. The lock box was very difficult to open and we would not have been able to open it without speaking with an agent.
