Had to buy an adapter from a parts store for a 9 pin round female to 5 pin flat male. Suggestion: the location should have the adapter either available for borrow or to buy.
richard L.No one was there or answered the phone even after waiting an hour past opening time. The ground is very uneven making disconnecting the trailer difficult. I don't ever want to go back there again. It was an awful experience.
Philip S.I was supposed to drop off at a Uhaul place on Isabella in Copperhill and they weren't open. Said they opened at 9a and at 9:30 no one was still there so I had to change drop locations.
