Had reserved 2 different types of dollies & pads for furniture. Stated that none of these have been at this location or any other location in this town.

Daniel CThe vehicle was in great condition and free of debris. No one was physically present at the location even though it was business hours. Everything had to be performed online. Even though I had completed the online check-in prior to picking up the vehicle. Example, I had to scan my license information on the initial online check-in and again when I picked up my truck. This makes it riskier for my personal information to be comprimised. I will likely not use U-Haul again unless the process is changed.
