I reserved the truck close to my house. They had me drive past 3 lots with same size truck 20 miles away to get truck. Very dissatisfied

Waaaaaay less upselling and make the checkout and in 30 times faster. That process was a headache. The reservation process online was annoying, the time it took to go through everything, having to listen to the same thing that I had already read was frustrating. Y’all know what we agreed to online, why make us go through it again during checkout. And the having two verifiable phone numbers at checkout was dumb too. Y’all should have done that before hand. Checkout should take less than 2 minutes. The Online reservation process should be much faster too.
