Dominick CPick up went great! Drop off, I would recommend help when taking the trailer off. It’s a little heavy for older people to take it off and dropping it.

KARL MYou could clearly tell that the guy working had to multitask about 5 jobs so he asked for me to park the trailer anywhere along the fence line . Granted I had to drive around the building to figure out how to get to the fence line which the lot had a ton of dangerous potholes and in this case , craters. I was afraid I was going to hit one in a way that could have either damaged the trailer or my vehicle. I also left worried that I wasn’t going to get cleared that I turned it in since I didn’t get a receipt. My husband recently experienced an issue with a rental place and the only thing that saved him was the receipt . The location was close so that was the only good thing I could say that came out of the experience.
