Rented from there several times, always the same thing. Equipment is not maintained, the "parking" lot is a field full of deep pot holes and good luck after a rain because you're on your own. They do not hook up the trailer like at other locations (which i believe is a safety hazard if im not mistaken) so good luck. This last rental is what did it for me. Of course the same hands off process, but this time I actually had issues (which was just a matter of when) and it ruined my entire trip. It really is just this location. I have been renting from uhaul for many years and have never had issues like this

first and last time, what a scam,,,went to rent a truck for a day and was over charged and the owner/manager couldn't care less. never again and would never recommend anyone else here.
