Hard time getting person for info to get keys etc. For truck ( cold n snow). Once found, ok.

Don’t lie to customers. The agent told us definitely several times that this location was open, but it was closed.
Fredrick KI dropped off the truck on Saturday and had called the staff on Saturday, and Monday to request them to please check in the truck. Was not able to get the truck checked in until VVI called the corporate office and they contacted upper MGMT.

Melissa CIt was ok. She gave me a price and said it would be lower when I returned it to her same day. When I came back an hour later she was gone so I locked it up and left it there. I'm disappointed that I was charged more than what she said since I was there on time and she was gone.
