I don't know how you could improve your service. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to the young man that I was giving my information to and he explained everything I needed to know. In returning the van, he was quite satisfied that I had cleaned the van, filled it up and brought it back safely. Everything was a very calming experience.
SHARON LI paid money for moving blankets, and did not receive any. This location is not equipped to be a U-Haul location. I was not warned that it was app-only access ahead of my scheduled time, so I spent the start of my paid time logging the vehicle’s photos and gas gauge etc instead of an actual associate doing that for me before I arrived. I did not appreciate paying to do logging/documenting for the service I paid for. Additionally, the bottom of the uhaul had puddles of grease which were not abundantly obvious until I started moving. This combined with no moving blankets was an enormous hassle for me.
dominic dThe sale person was very friendly and helpful. He was professional. I only wish the truck had a little more gas in it than it did. I totally would go back to that location again to rent a truck for moving.
jerry sLocation was in a head shop. Clerk was friendly and professional. Truck needs maintenance. Transmission was slipping and the oil life was at zero.
