RONALD PI used this location before. When I went to pick up the UHAUL this time I was asked if I wanted to use the credit card on file. I wasn't happy about my credit card being stored and the staff taking a picture of the screen with a cell phone. I had to get a new credit card and lock my credit. I will not be using this location again.
KALISHA BThe first truck I received was infested with roaches, I got to the location to pick up my furniture, only to see a bug run across the floor when I opened the trailer. Got in the truck to see what it was and there were hundreds of cockroaches. Took the truck back and the woman gave me another, I checked the trailer just for it to have roaches as well. Has to take a smaller van , making multiple trips because the van was too small, only to be charged for going over the time limit when it was uhauls fault I was behind schedule.
BLONDINA Cthe store was closed on saturday when I returned the truck. It was after opening time and I had to leave the keys in drop box and not get ending papers etc. I returned at 11 and still no one on sight. I called the corporate office to report the issue and she took notes and said would notify the sight thru email. I still dont know If I was charged correctly..I returned it early on sat at 9 .
