The whole experience was horrible then I got charged outrageous price

michael wThe experience at the dropoff location was not good. There was nobody there and the door was locked. The store was a smoke shop and not My Wireless as stated in the U-Haul app. The check-in process required using my phone's location, but there was no signal there. I had to call U-Haul customer service and ask that the truck be manually checked in.
