Keys were easy to get to. No trouble with locks. The site needs a larger sign. I had no idea there was a U-Haul at this location until I found it in the app

Drop off was a no personnel location. Web check out was less than easy. Prompted me to drop keys in box before I had taken odometer and had photos.
