The location was helpful. The check in processes online was a nightmare. I have an app on my phone that I will probably not use again. And it was not user friendly.

David HListen to what customer is saying. I was trying to explain that I wasn't returning it to the same location and didn't live in area. So wanted to return it to where I live. But was charged extra for not returning it to them. Otherwise they were awesome hooking it up and explaining things.

LARRY BHe had 4 people at once he was helping. He was very nice just was understaffed and I had the issue with the trailer disconnecting. It’s a teaching moment and an opportunity for management to increase employee count.
