* Trailer vibrated significantly at low and higher speeds. Brought it back and tire lug nuts were tightened, which helped, but that trailer needs real maintenance * Trailer was dirty and smelly when picked up, I had to mop the inside, walls and roof to remove the odors prior to use

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTerrible. Tell me to reverse a long distance when half blocked. In disagreement with the signage. Didnt explain there was another way out through the junk pile of cars which where poor organize. You stay organized park the stuff in a reasonable way to began with makes it easier for new vechiles to follow suit. Have it a hot mess when new cars and trailer come in then you shouldn’t be so bum hurt when they get stuck and can’t reserve and decide to follow suit in adding to ur unorganized mess. Do better. If you don’t have the space. Then don’t do U-Haul. Owners words we are mechanics this U-Haul shit is secondary and don’t need the headaches you have the headaches cuz ur lot is a disaster mess. Take accountability esp when another Customer then blocked me in. Completely unprofessional

Sean GEverything is great except for the site they send you to take pictures. I have never gotten that to work with my iPhone. Getting in and out is fine because the people are great and the equipment has always done fine.
Walter BHad perhaps twice daily texts/emails questioning/confirming my booked reservation, a bit annoying given that I had a confirmation number and my credit card was documented. But better than them not caring. Ed Cat
