It was a bad experience, my reservation was to pick up the truck at 9:00 AM but the business didn’t open until 10:00 AM. which put us us behind schedule when we didn’t get the truck. We also called the truck helpline which was totally a waste of time, she couldn’t find rhe reservation and tried to cancel our reservation and send us out of town to pick up another. It was a real Shit show! We reserved the truck at 9 so I could attend my granddaughter 5 th birthday party! The folks at Stephen’s were great!

BRIAN EThe truck was making a weird noise and the engine light was on. I did not like the idea that I had to take all the pictures and get the truck with no instruction.
MICHELLE WThe truck I reserved was not available when I went for pick up. They moved me to a lager truck they had on the lot. The whole check in/pick process took over an hour at the counter. That seems excessive.
