The gentleman was very personable he made it very easy to rent and return . I have used U Haul many times in the past and will continue to do so and the best part is this location is very close to my house .

It was after hours and no one was there but the place was very clean and organized
KIRBY STruck broke down. It cost me $400 in labor cost for my people to sit for hours waiting for a replacement. Your service department offered to reduce my bill by $50. Big joke. Horrible service.
