Original pickup location in Alpine did not have any of the moving supplies that I ordered and made no attempt to notify me before showing up. Franklin’s was able to quickly get my order transferred and provide what UHaul guaranteed. Highly recommend the Cropwell location. Completely dissatisfied and frustrated with Alpine location.
