This is a liquor store. Regular customers are the owner's bread and butter. He was polite, but busy with his regular business. He is in the right location for me, and this is the second time I have rented U-Hauls here. I will go again when necessary.

When I got there to get the u haul would not start. So the workers and my husband tried to jump it with no luck. So we called to uhaul and they set up a new location for us to go to get a different vehicle. They said they had to cancel it and redo the payment so I agreed to get a refund for the first transaction and charged again. I was charged $202.53 and only reimbursed $153.92. I would like someone to contact me to settle this discrepancy as soon as possible; My phone number is 303 667 7380. I would like a full reimbursement being as this was not an issue on my behalf and caused a large inconvenience to me and our moving process. Thank you. Kimberly

Only the manager had access to the uhaul system. Had to wait for him to show up. My reservation was for 1100 am but I arrived early at 1030 am. 1100 am came and went with no manager. I asked employee to find out an eta. Was told 15 minutes. Manager finally showed up at 1130 am. I asked about taking some charges off but was told he was incapable of doing that. The truck had debris left in the back and there was spilt soda on the center console in the cab.

Upon arriving at this location we found out that our confirmed reservation did not come with everything that was confirmed prior to arrival. This particular location disparaged your brand, when I asked why they did not have my equipment they blamed you and said that you send them people and promised things that you already know they don’t carry at this location. On top of saying that you overload them with inventory and they don’t have the space to do this business. As I did not want to continue to complicate things when I asked because it was a prepaid reservation and they did not have my equipment how was I to receive my refund. The gentleman behind the counter unfortunately I do not recall his name he was not very friendly or knowledgeable about how to even work the computer provided to access my information to issue me a refund. He finally issued me a refund after advising most POS systems don’t let you close a sale is money is owed or credit is needed. The UHAUL itself was exactly what we needed but would prefer to not ever deal with this location ever again!

This location is a sorry excuse for a Uhaul dealer. It is basically a corner store full of alcohol and cigarettes. There was only one attendant helping customers and when it was my turn in line I stated that we were there to pick up a Uhaul and he asked us to wait to he could help other retail customers first because it took too long to check out the Uhaul, when I had already gone through the check in process on my phone. After 15 minutes of waiting we finally decided to go somewhere else, but he said he could help us. The attendant went to get the contract and the key, then came back and HELPED MORE RETAIL CUSTOMERS. My wife and I were very frustrated. The attendant did not even walk us out to the truck, show us any damage, start the truck or even pull it around. I have had great experiences in the past with Uhaul that is why I keep coming back but this experience may drive me to start using Penske or Ryder. This location would be horrifying for any Uhaul executive to visit. It is dark, dirty, stinky, and a terrible place to walk in too. Luckily we did not have our kids with us because there was vulgar music playing loudly in the background and an incense burning as well. All in all, this is an awful place and Uhaul should be ashamed that they let this company operate as a dealer.

The price per mile is OUTRAGEOUS! Bait and Switch feel. You offer $19.95 trucks but the bill ends up being close to $200. Never will use UHaul again.

Fix your ridiculous reservation system, which is useless and literally a waste of time and effort. As a corporate office you should research your dealers more and not send customers to trashy places with people who know what they are doing.
