My only complaint is that I also rented a utility dolly. When I got there they only had appliance dollies. I took one, but it made our move monumentally harder. They have small hard solid wheels, a small lip and are extremely HEAVY. Totally inappropriate. The issue is that this has happened on my last THREE rentals. Next time I will rent with whomever guarantees me a utility dolly. Thank you
