The equipment was clean. The windows needed to be cleaned, as they were very dirty. The seats were dirty. The truck ran very well and handled just fine. The sales reps on Mill Plain Road were very friendly. I would use them again; I would just ask them to do a better job cleaning the windows and the interior. The price was very good.

Michael YInitial requested location was moved to this location the day before scheduled pick up due to availability, which was fine but the scheduled pick up time was for 8am. Either Uhaul did not confirm this time or the owner of the establishment did not care. He did not rock up to open the building until 9am. We had to wait for an hour to pick up the truck. Then the person at the counter was rude and extremely condescending because he did not believe a woman could drive a 26 foot truck. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
