They didn't give me any paperwork when I picked up the U-Haul, and now they're charging me double for the miles used. They're charging me double the local fuel rate, plus an extra $30 fee on top of the fuel charge. It's been a terrible experience.

They said they didn’t have any dolly’s and were very rude. Would not recommend to anyone and I would suggest you remove them from being an official U-Haul dealer
