How would you rate this location overall? This question needs to be reworded to get an accurate understanding of what is wrong. Location is great, but the set-up needs improving. I showed up for my reservation and there was one gas station attendant is trying to manage 10+ pumps and many customers buying items in the store. I was told to wait at least six times as the attendant bounced back and forth between registers and the U-Haul terminal. Nice attendant but completely understaffed to manage the time necessary to complete contract paperwork.

Have people there who can help customers. The guy who checked me out refused to note the chipped paint over the grill because he was there all alone. The gentleman who checked me back in had to ask me to go read the mileage for him, because he never had less than 6 customers waiting, but he was very nice so I was willing to help him. Truck cab was filthy. I was told gas tank was full, it was not so I got ripped off there.

The cashiers were distracted by the customers at the mobile station, however it's not their fault because there weren't enough people to cover their side of the business and the u haul business. Everything worked out fine. It just took a little extra time.

I arrived about 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. Only 1 person was checking people out--it took 30 minutes to get the truck. I got the last truck they had--it was the correct size. The oil light was on and a guy before me brought it back because of the oil problem. I had to take it because I was moving. The truck needed maintenance besides the oil problem. It made noises and did not feel safe driving on the highway.

Worst experience ever. I'll never recommend this to anyone and more over I'm happy to explain my bad experience to every one. I haven't even travelled for 25miles but they charged me for 43 miles. One thing to accept is that as we are in hurry, we haven't noticed the miles on it to cross check the paper and real miles on the vehicle. But we are sure we haven't even go more than 25 miles. But charging for 43 miles is like crap. I'll never recommend this to any of my friends t collegues.

I signed up to pick up about three miles from my home but my reservation was changed to a location 11 miles out of my way. 22+ miles round trip and at $.79 a mile that was irritating.

When I picked up the truck the person waiting on me said it was a little dirty and he could sweep it out for me but then said nevermind i will just mark it down as dirty. They didnt have the appliance dolly i ordered so i had to drive to another location to get it. When I got there to pick it up the people there said they screwed up the whole ticket and had to redo it. Then when I took the truck back the person waiting on me had no idea what he was doing and had to call the other store to figure out what to do with my bill. Not a good experience at all. I will never use this location, next time i will just go to an actual uhaul place.

The workers couldn't log into the computer, so it took over 30 minutes before I could get the truck. I ordered two dozen moving blankets and there were only a couple in the truck.

It was just ok. Rented from a service station to avoid all the wait. Was not very professional. It was just ok.

The attendant seemingly was not familiar with the rental agreement. I had to point out that the agreement actually stated that I was supposed to return the vehicle to his location. I had questions on my agreement and he could not answer them. I was told to go to call the location where I rented it. I did and they answered my question. The Mobil attendant did answer things correctly, but he simply did not understand the agreement and could not explain why.

I was charged $79 for 1 day 100 miles included, when actually based on mileage it should have been about 5 dollars less. Not right.

The attendant didn't know what he was doing when checking in my u-haul, however once I talked to the manager he was VERY HELPFUL and was able to get things straightened out and the process went smoothly.

I didn't receive The truck or location I requested on line & the truck I received was making noises & jerking when you got to a certain speed. Guzzled gas probably because it needed a tune up. I paid more in gas than my friend following me going to the same location in a 24 truck & i had a 17.

The lady at mobile, told me that she didn't have any one way trucks and in very mad voice to go to hwy. K But I called the 1-800 # and talked to a very nice man he sent me back to the mobile station and we talked to Sarah there and she said she had one,Tina just didn't want to be bothered by someone renting a u-haul truck... I will never go back there again. Very rude people at Mobile.
