I always avoided doing so in the past in favor of help from friends and family only due to cost, etc., but I had too much stuff this time. I didn’t know what to expect and was genuinely shocked by how friendly and smooth service was. Especially the O’Fallon U-Haul employees, they were incredibly helpful and made the whole process so much less stressful for me. And I was pleasantly surprised to receive a month of free storage as well! Very much worth the price of hauling. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name as it was such a busy morning for me, but the man at the Hwy K U-Haul desk with shoulder-length blonde curly hair (working the morning of 7/15/24) was SUPER helpful!!

The Manager immediately found 2 -10x10 units side-by-side for me. The process was quick, easy and seamless. The storage units were spotless, as well as the entire facility. The Manager did a phenomenal job. Customer Service at its best ! Kudos to the Manager.
