When I receive the truck the inside was dirty. I brought the truck back 2 days later After cleaning out the back in was charged in extra $75.00

ISABELLA KMy review is around 2 locations. Seminole Travel Center at US Hgwt 27 was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. There is just a couple of people in the shop, and they ask you to SMS the UHaul location manager called Don, who is rude and does not deliver. I had my appointment at 12:30PM, his first SMS said he could not find my reservation and sent me another number to call. After I call I was just told they could see my reservation and that I need to call back Don. He never replied, he never answered, and I got there stranded until almost 3:00PM before someone told me that I need to pay for an Uber to go to a different location (Stirling) to pick up the truck. At Stirling the clerk just gave me the keys just ot find our he did not have an appliance dolly I needed for my rental, and then I left with an uncleaned truck, missing dolly and customer service tried to sent me to another location for a dolly that was not available. Just a terrible experience.
