The person in charge of this location has no empathy for customers; he lacks the charisma and attitude to serve them. I told him countless times to help me position the trailer to transport my car, since, surprisingly, the trucks don't have a backup camera.

james bCustomer service would definitely be a great start. Put someone in there. That actually wants to be there. I originally stopped at another U-Haul or a gentleman named Josh was super nice attentive, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the size truck that I needed. So I ended up in this location. It definitely felt like you were bothering so much lunch hour, or you might as well. Just take care of your own rental if you can. I would recommend Josh and a heartbeat. I would have a hard time recommending this location.
YRVING TPoor customer service. No printed receipt at checkout to deceive customer about the actual odometer. Odometer was not functioning properly due to tire pressure system malfunction. Terrible experience with this location.
