How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had reserved a Truck & trailer, and not until i got to the location i was informed that there was no truck for me. I thought that was very unprofessional since i have used U-Haul for many years, they could have reached out to me before I arrived at the location instead of wasting my time and gas to get there. I was then sent to another location miles away for which i got charged for mileage back and forth. This time unfortunately, it was Not a good experience for me.
