When arriving, I was told there’s only one vehicle. Which was the largest U-Haul. The lock that was associated with the key for the U-Haul did not match the lock on the hatch. Well, I open the hatch upon arriving to my first pick up. I realize that the carpets and Dolly had been opened up by the previous user. And the interior of the storage area was full of those covers. Upon arriving back to the store, there was no one there to receive the key. We waited for 20 minutes and then ended up using the app to check out. I was quoted $39 for the day however, when I checked out on the app was $49. So I would like a refund of the difference that I was missed coated. Overall, it was OK experience but I would like to have the $10 refunded to my card. Thank you.

The location was excellent - customer service was great - no complaints at all. Equipment clean and all in order.
HAYLEY AI showed up early did the mobile check in and it led me to a lockbox that i opened up had and it no key inside of it. Customer service told me that because the location was not open yet and they had already started the contract by logging in. I could not get a different rental and I had to wait until they opened up an hour and a half later. Ruined My whole schedule for the day.
