There was not a lot of service in our experience. The attendant was very passive aggressive. Would say or asked something in a rude manner but then smile and use a nice tone. It was odd. Upon return, we were told to “park the truck like all the other ones” so We had to go back and do the attendants work. There was no real intention for the attendant to move from the chair.

RICHARD BPicking up the uhaul was good. we didn't have a problem till we returned the trailer. We returned the trailer on to the location that we were told to deliver it to. according to the online return app. then later that day you are calling wanting to know if we returned the vehicle. then today I find an email stating you refuse our return because we returned to the wrong location.
