Reserved a 17' truck a week in advance. Was given a smaller truck with no indication at pickup that there was any change. Charged for the same truck as reserved, and told to just be happy with what was given. Terrible service.

Both the person who helped me when I pickeup and when I dropped off, were very profesinal and helpful!!! You can tell that this location is 'leaving forward' to help. There are a half dozen U-Haul rental places around me and I will always use the location now!!

I absolutely recommend this Uhaul location for your moving needs. The process was smooth and easy to understand. Their customer service is excellent even when they're busy. The entire place is clean inside and out as well as their trucks. That, I really appreciate! The gentlemen who helped me was very kind which made this process less stressful. Very satisfied.

Don't ask the customer to pre-register if you are going to ask the same questions when you go to pick up the truck. Also, if you need our insurance policy # that should be noted when you ask what insurance they will be using for their storage unit.

During check in of truck, I was asked to sit in driver seat, start vehicle turn on lights, step on breaks, turn of flashers, turn on each turn signal twice (once while he was in front, once in back. Put truck in reverse, wait while he checked all fluid levels.... I do not remember filling out an employment application for U-haul and don't care to do someone else's job. This is NOT the customer's job to do a check of all working equipment on YOUR vehicles when returning. If this had been done properly, before I rented the truck, they would have notice wiper blades that needed replace and a burnt out backup light. About 6 hours after I turned in the truck, I got a call asking if I was going to complete my online order... Come on, I had the truck for 24 hours, returned it and still got a call.

The Linden Rd. location was great. Completely professional and dedicated to service. The first location I tried (Freedom towing, 1124 dorothy lane) was a complete disaster. I had to avoid pieces of trash to park and no one was at office for my reservation - there was even a sign in the window stating "gone for the day" written in marker on a piece of cardboard. I would NOT recommend anyone using this facility in the future. I am glad that U-Haul helped me get a truck from the Linden location, as I had people waiting for me to help move. Also, I believe there is a 50$ compensation pending - when should I expect to see this credit? Marc

After being a regular the last 5 months renting from this location, I got a trailer that was nearly impossible to open and close. It was beyond frustrating the fight I had all weekend (3 days) with this trailer that should have been taken out of rotation a long time ago.

Check out took over 30 minutes due. The truck was clean, but the rear door was difficult to open and close. I also could not get the app or website allow me to return the truck. I called the help line and he said he had never seen this problem and couldn't help. I would just have to wait until the next day.

Poor customer service, everyone both on pickup and return seemed pre-occupied. So not only did you have to wait, but getting them to help you with anything was tough. They left it to me to pre-trip the vehicle and then could hardly get anyone to come over and note damages before I left the lot. Shy of making sure I was going to pay, it was basically, here's the keys...see ya
