There was only ONE employee working on a Saturday in May! Waited 45 minutes for my reserved trailer.

The man that waited in my husband is extremely rude. My husband has medical reasons for not wearing a mask, and he didn't say one word until after my husband paid. Then he was a complete asshole. My husbands issues and reasons for not wearing a mask are extreme and this guy wants to yell and threaten my husband. Not ok. The anti discrimination act of 2010 states that a private buisness cannot refuse service over medical issues. Not wearing a mask because of medical issues falls under that act. The way he was treated was completely and totally uncalled for and if he had video of it we would be talking to our lawyers. If this is how you treat people with medical issues then your buisness is not worth anyones money. Completely and totally uncalled for and ridiculous way to treat someone. Also making comments about the way my husband was dressed! Making fun of him and assuming his occupation! Completely and totally insulting and disrespecting my husband. I will not be a returning customer. Employees name was evan good.

Uhaul needs to be more professional & stop ripping customers off. I was told that I had to do a minimal of a two day rental when I only needed one day. Then I wasn't able to get my day reimbursed when I returned the uhaul. Your company sucks as a whole. Everything I asked about the reimbursement I was told to call the 1-800 number. I called and was on hold for like 40 minutes just for them to say I can't be reimbursed. Not professional at all

I went 15 miles and had to put 9.2 gallons of gas to fill the truck before returning the truck. Obviously, I did not really have a full tank when I picked up the truck. I was robbed.

There was straw in the trailer but we cleaned it out and they actually took money off our rental for the inconvenience. That were such a friendly crew there and all so helpful especially Nefraatous ( can't remember how to spell it!! The vampire name)! He helped me with sizes needed and with carrying things tot he car and was very cheerful and courteous!!! This is the only one I like going to!!!!!

The workers at this facility hope to it and made the experience easy. They were very busy and worked very hard to accommodate all of the customers and phone calls. These employees performed outstanding under the pressure of the high volume.

The people at the Linden location were very nice and the equipment was fine. The only thing that would deter me from using your service in the future is the terrible website. It was hard to check in and edit information and when I got back it was hard to get checked out. Luckily the person on site helped me get checked out so I could go home.

Walk out to check the vehicle- The clerk documented me down for the wrong mileage and charged me. Also, I received the vehicle on E and did not receive my credit amount.

I showed up to get my trailer and the entire system was down. This was very frustrating. He called me a couple hours later saying it was back up. I show up and get my trailer thinking for the inconvenience they would discount my trailer or something, there was nothing. and there was a big pack of blankets in the trailer I didn't ask for which I didn't appreciated because it was just in the way of me loading it up. Where they keep the trailers is pretty narrow space so trying to return and back up is not so easy.

I had a lot of trouble getting the online check in to work properly with issues during every step. The employees at this location were able to provide assistance and saved me a lot of stress from the online portion not working for me. Great staff here

First trailer lights didn't work , changed trailer they forgot to tighten the hitch , trailer came off 1 mike down the road luck no damage, change insurance when I clearly didn't accept, they said was change due the second trailer

It was said vehicle was provided with full tank gas, drove only 40 miles and it costed me about 22$ to fill tank. Not sure if the gas was full when it was provided.
