The truck was completely on E! and I was told that i needed to put my own gas and my gas will be refunded and never was.

I had to wait two hours pass my reservation time for the guy to show up I got charged more than I was supposed. To he apologized and said there wouldn't be extra cost because I had to wait two hours for him
LATISHA L.The employee we got the keys from was clearly homeless & on drugs. The truck was not cleaned before we got it. My 15 year old son left his wallet in the truck and by the time we realized it, there were almost $300 worth of charges on his debit cards so clearly it has been stolen. I also got an email saying that I never returned the truck. Got that cleared up with the regional manager who was very helpful.
