I dropped the truck off and it wasn’t reported. Then, I received a mystery $15 charge on top of what was already a ridiculous price. I will be searching for other services for my next move. Highly disappointed.
Justin CThe trailer arrived dirty and the location took an hour to give me my key because they did not see my reservation in their system. I had signed up for a no contact pick up so I was very frustrated to have to wait an hour to get a key that would’ve taken 2 minutes to get from a lock box. Furthermore, the blankets and dolly I ordered were not ready so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my blankets and I had to get the dolly myself. Overall, very poorly run pick up. I would not recommend this service.

G.Lee KThere were no other U haul trucks in the lot and only a very small sign around back, apparently where any incoming trucks could be parked. The clerk at the time that I dropped off the truck did not know of any U haul routines to follow because the U haul guy was not there. The site seemed safe and clean so there were no physical limitations.
