When I first got the vehicle at around 630 am to 7am I told them I seen damages on vehicle I took pictures and reported what I saw prior to renting it the lady said OK thank you for reporting my findings then when I returned the vehicle at 8 pm the guy was rude. Wouldn’t answer any questions and then the next day I got an email saying that there was an accident at 2 o’clock and it was damages, but I don’t know why they would make false claims because I did not do that I feel like they are trying to scam people out of their money and somebody needs to do something about this because prior to call in the one 800 number I found out that the vehicle was damaged that the prior person that rented the vehicle said that it was damage damaged as well
MELISSA CThe truck check engine light was on blowing white smoke and very rough riding - the inside of the U-Haul was so slick that I fell very hard
Shelby LIt was difficult to communicate with the people at the location on the phone and also in person. We also did not feel safe while at the location.
Shannon CThis location did NOT have the 15 foot uHaul I reserved and the app was unresponsive for checking in. That's more a reflection of uHaul than the operator. I was grateful that the operator was able to give me a key for a 10 foot uHaul but I was not able to log data on my app. Overall I was very disappointed with this uHaul rental compared to my past interactions. .
