This probably isn't the return locations problem. But when I picked up the u haul, it was filthy from the previous person's use which i'm sure they got charged a cleaning fee for. I didn't clean up someone else's mess but I did not add to the mess. I didn't spill anything or eat in this truck. And when I returned it, there was no one there to talk to and I got charged a cleaning fee for someone else's mess.
