The customer service number and the store are not on the same page. Customer service told me a truck was available, only to find out that most trucks are owned by a particular site. I needed to take a truck out of state. I had to go to 2 different locations before I had a truck to take out of state.

Other than the incorrect return date was put in, needed it through the 6th, fortunately it all worked out from dropping items off a day earlier

Amanda DThe Ladies in the office are wonderful . The truck is exactly what I needed . I reserved it for 2pm but my plans changed and was able to pick up the truck at 9am . Thanks Ladies . Blessings to you . I am still having trouble and not able to get to my receipt from my email. I believe noreply is the cause . I'll contact the Office on Monday and see if I can get a printed receipt .
